Initial Background Check - Required by the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) of the country you are applying to for their detailed due-diligence investigation. To collect information in this initial phase, we have created a short, secure online Know Your Client (KYC) form. The applicant is required to pay a due-diligence fee which will cover the cost of the required initial background check.

Application Process - Based on the outcomes of our preliminary assessment performed on your answers to the KYC Short Form in step 1, the next phase requires the collection of more detailed information to begin the formal Citizenship by Investment application process.
When you are informed by GLI that you have passed the preliminary background check, we will send you agreement for you to approve and application process shall start.
* Note: Payment for assessment is non-refundable and will be applied to the preliminary assessment and background checks and to the detailed assessment of the client’s qualifications for the chosen Citizenship or Residency by Investment (CRBI) program.
